Bloody hell you lot, that side was the best Lincoln could come with for that date. You guys have no respect for GFFL, they have had their glory days too. And for what it's worth I think GF would get close to beating a full strength districts.

Looks like 2012 may really be "rooster time". With a gun forward kicking 10 goals they are certainly the team to beat at the moment. I heard they were absolutely magnificent with their on ballers running rampant in trying conditons.

Waybacks were workmen like in their win over rangers. MP was sensational in the first qtr but had little support after that. Good luck to Damon Scott after he received a nasty head wound from friendly fire.

Mallees got over souths in a close one.

By all reports Francis has polled max votes in all 4 games. He was probably the missing piece to the rooster puzzle.
Very worried about this week. The word is that they are focused on payback for last years prelim.

Frick kicked 10 yesterday in one of the best individual efforts seen since the Robert Jackamarra and Georgie Burgoyne days. He polled the maximum bluestheboy.
He was unstoppable, who will you match up on him?
I was shocked that young Papazoglov was left on Frick for so long yesterday

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

I also watched the Tasmans game yesterday and Frick did kick 10 but had 9 in the first half he was well held in the second half and yes Francis is a gun
The roosters are the real deal they still had a few out yesterday with Semmler K Campbell and Wagner to come back in they will take some stopping

You beat me to it Old Son, Kirk Mortimer, in his first League game, stood Frick for the first quarter and a half.

Where's Kirk Mortimer from? His brother has shown some patches of brillances in the mid west!

Looking forward to this weeks game between the Roosters and Demons, it should give both sides an indication
of their strengths and weeknesses going forward.
Not sure whether Konitzka is back yet but he slaughtered Tasmans last year particularly
around the ground and playing a great defensive game.
Semmler,Campbell,Wagner,Orbons, Daniels and Clements will hopefully be available
after Mortlock.

Bugger.

Wanted my 1000th post to be a bit more insightful than that.
