Then why not ask for an Ingle Farm poster to inform you on here rather than bait a Houghton bloke when it's quite clear you're trying to rub it in? Only knob on here is you, go crawl back under that rock you called home last week.

Prob same place you were all of last week mate!

No need to be like that, and i'm not your mate :) , just want his views on yesterdays game and the apparent changes at IFFC. We cant all sit in front of a computer all day The Infomer.

Well you blokes had plenty of time in the pre season to sit in front of the computer and flap your gums on how well you were going to go!
We wanted some views last week on the incident at Ingle Farm but it was a very quite week from u blokes apart from Bedgie. Seems you only pop your head on here when something goes well, which isn't often.
I aslo had a laugh reading at what some people had to say about your clubs changes . Hopefully they can move on the drinkers on the hill ripping the club off bar profits each week.
Amazing how quickly u can reply when u need too!

Not saying I know it all, just saying I hope they have moved on the guys standing 5 meters from your clubrooms drinking out of there eskies. Who looks after responsible serving of alcohol with these blokes, let alone lost bar profits!

FFS, stop rabbiting on about it..

I've lost count how many times you've gone on about the blokes with their own eskies.

If you bother to read back a couple of pages, some pretty drastic action has been taken over the last week at IFFC to ensure the safety of both players and spectators - the hill is now a dry area.

And clearly it's worked with some very positive results in its first week.

3rd to 7th separated by 2 games and virtually no percentage difference between them.

impressed with woody south today, but only really in the last 35ish minutes of footy where they kicked away.

Some interesting results, basically sums up how unpredictable this div is.

Well done to Adelaide Uni yesterday they came to play from the start while we only decided to rock up at half time which by then was too late. They play their oval very well & know how to strangle the game to play it on their terms. Not your typical C grade team, they're coached like an A grade side and could cause some damage later on in the year.

Don't get any easier as we now face a fired up CLG coming off a loss who I understand are training right now as we speak

Surely it would get easier playing a low team who got knocked off by a lower ranked side the week before on your home deck??

Sunday morning training at div 6 (or any amateur league grade) is pretty harsh.

this low team you speak of (clg i take it) knocked off a previously undefeated team the week before. the result from saturday just shows that if you are off your game on any day this year, you will get beat. credit to CU that third quarter was phenomenal. Lions definitely deserved the early morning training session. PISS POOR effort on saturday, must improve drastically this week.

An Ingle Farm poster could come on here and tell you how amazing things were, but you would get a more accurate and probably credible evaluation from an outside source such as the opposition. I'm sure that is why he asked Q.

FWIW, there were no on-field incidents (that im aware of at least), the area between the coaches boxes in front of the change rooms was roped off and marked a dry zone, the area near the entry was also roped off and marked a dry zone. Two security officers patrolled the club during the course of both games.

They are things the club put in place for the weekend, but I to am curious to know how it was perceived from an outside source. Feedback is crucial. It's also worth noting that it was only week 1, I think it was always going to be smoother sailing with people being so much more conscious of how they needed to behave and what was expected. The real test will be later in the season when bad habits begin creeping back in.

I'm seriously getting sick of the amount of people who say "Its just div 6". Yeah it is Div 6, but the fact remains there are A grade sides in this competition, and A grade sides exist to win premierships and move up through the grades. At some point in time a club must decide how serious they want to be, and as they go up through the grades that professional expectation will increase.

Play Div 6 but treat it like Div 1 in my opinion.

Besides Jetters, all it takes is a couple of good years from CLG and a couple of ordinary years from Unley and you could be facing off against each other..

Where he plays is irrelevant - the way he's carrying on he won't be around very long.

A PM has been sent to him and if he doesn't get his shite in one sock it'll be Pop goes the weasel.

TBH, I didn't think Ingle Farm we much better than last year and were only marginally better than a depleted CU team we played in R3. Says a lot about where we are at ATM.

That being said, the game was played in good spirit and they always have been, never had any issue with IF players or supporters.
