I see that our newspaper has fallen to deeper depths of ineptness by quoting last weeks Glenelg's best players as the best players for the SA state side in the football section today.
Still what can you expect if they can accept Mr Rucci as their "Chief" Sports writer.

Hardly worth commenting on, it's just standard practise. Only worth reading what Rucci in particular writes because it's funny to think he really believes it all! Hopefully one day we get an alternative then we can vote with our patronage.

I do wonder how this sort of thing happens - I assume they use a template, and are supposed to replace existing info with current details, however they forget to change it.

Happens way too often and is quite unprofessional.

Doug Robertson is a very good sports writer for the Advertiser
But Doug only writes occasionally on SANFL these days
I consider Doug as being the Advertisers best sports journos
