You were the No1 selector I heard today Carey - picking yourself in the side. They said that the Riddler wanted to join the panel just so he could give himself the coach of D6, but was not allowed.

Steve Gannel from IF should be in that list without doubt, also think Justin Keast (BOS) has prob earnt a spot in that list, and no offence to young Q. but how does a back pocket/full back get a gig in the "most influential" list?!

And as for the few that posted a page or so ago i believe it was picked before the season had started and was more of a preveiw type thing.

There are plenty of changes i would make in that list.

Bortolotti, Kennett, Reidy, Ahmed and Vozey to start with and there names just off the top of my head.

As someone did say a list like this no 2 people will agree on just the way they are but hey its getting the forum going is'nt it other wise would all be bored at work.

Kennett & Polkinghorne surely 2 of ML best and not in the list. Ahmed hmm I have reserved judgements, he appears to be very athletic and can see how he could be dangerous but wasnt overly impressed when he played us.

really? has never played well against us, or well enough to deserve a spot in that list. agree with gannel though. probably is the best ruckman ive seen this year for sure.

The beauty of opinions hey...everybody has got them and they're all different. If I was to do a top 10 most influential list from what I've seen so far Nick Lynch from Ingle Farm would be no.1 and the likes of Rayner or Woodward (haven't seen them), Stormonth & Davis wouldn't feature at all doesn't mean they're not guns or influential obviously just had off days. I like these lists though as it sparks good debate.

yeah i knew that..thats why BB's pick was a typo..we havent seen reidy yet..but we did see tyson reid

top 3 from the coaches of 9 rival clubs..points system..3 for 1st, 2 for 2nd, 1 for 3rd and see who has the most points and thats the most accurate list..your non selection of davis or woodward or rayner wouldnt matter Riddler because others would have them in their top 3..thats how it works!

your top 3 for the cats without rayner would be incorrect for all other coaches who have coached against him and so the naturally correct player rises to the top..via the points accumulated..
