Mitchell Park FC - 2012

Big game saturday against the Pines. Expect the game to go to the wire. We need to shut down their run and goalscoring abilities or we will struggle. Can't believe they are 1 @ 4. They are a good team at home so we need to bring our A grade game.

Tonks was telling me last night of his match day heroics, super desperation, and a couple of sausage rolls. Tell me it aint so....can't handle seeing him at work and gloating all week!! Lucky for us, he is off to Malaysia so that should shut him up :D

Always a tough game out there, esp when LM umpires and falls for acting free kicks ;). Some bloody good footballers out there in the past.... Can name 5-6 classy players of the top of my head but Mick Moss was the pick for me. Hell of a Ruck and tough as nails.

Big game Saturday against the Owls. Lest not forget they booted us out of the finals last year at home. Bring em on, we will be ready. 8)

You've been very quiet morrell. Holding back I hope. Apologies and I did agree with you but it seemed like a waste of energy. The dumb thing is we actually had a beer afterwards and he's a really good bloke. Go figure. :D

I would like to thank the grass roots footy trip with their visit to the den last night. Footy chick and TJ are really great with what they do, and I'm sure a few red flushes were the order of the night amongst some players. The Luke and Nate (that would be Nat) debate was a classic and a nice change from the normal tuesday night preparations for the next game. Sorry FC and TJ that the shuttle runs went a bit over time, but you guys were fantastic and gave me a lot more respect and understanding of your passion for grass roots footy. Get on line rooters and watch cos you might just get some ammo next time you play the Lions. =)) =)) =))
