Congrats to Half Back Flanker and Old Farmer in a good win for you guys that could well see you avoid relegation well done.

To my side I say this Disgusting, Disgracful, Gutless, Heartless and more Importantly and the most disappointing purly Effortless could'nt care less who is in and out that display was the worst I've ever seen in life and realistically COULD well cost us our season and we have no one to blame but ourselfs cant deal with that? Stiff S@#t thats the way it is when you think your better than what you actually are results that today happen....

couple of frothies involved in that post carey? or just speaking some home truths? i know a few sides will be glad that CU have dropped that one because they are a very dangerous side and the further they are from the 5 the better!!!

well done to the farmers, you've been threatening to knock off a good side for weeks. just adds further intrigue to a division that is already up in the air!

thx son! Has anyone noticed we are third now? Who do you stop at CLG? Anyone of 10 could win the B&F!Five out injured too who will come back soon. And is that the B's one game clear at the top? Mmmm - not a bad club!!

Lot of footy to he played and finals still to come.. they don't give out ribbons for 3rd place here..
.. but I think its cute your cocky enough to chuck that extra pressure on your playing group..

Great win by the boys today. Really stood up for a big occasion. Very proud of the group and how we went about it. Thanks to Dutchy and the Units for a great game. Always a bit apprehensive when Dutchy seems to be in his element on ladies day!!

ahh PG..anything BB says on a forum will produce zero pressure on the playing group..after some picked us to be relegated this year we are happy to be in the 5 in both grades..and yeah..no ribbons for 3rd..but if your not in the 5 you cant go for the big prize..we still have 3 wins at least to find to remain there and a massive game versus the cats this week in both grades..not "cocky" or "cute"..just a bit of excitement mixed with a few rums on a saturday night from BB, as the season draws to a climax.. :)

congrats to tosser and his boys for a massive upset and of course HBF and the other farmers on a deserved win..

do ya reckon you could find some nice words to say about your club with their big win yesterday PG? :)

Thanks Z. The last 2 weeks have produced our best football for the season after Central United gave my playing group a bit to think about 3 weeks ago. At this point we are very focussed and playing with a desperation and hunger that I have not seen for quite some time. Confidence is a great thing and knocking off 3 of the top 5 in the last months has helped build that, but those wins mean nothing if we can't continue to beat the teams below us too and secure a spot in the 5. Still a hard road ahead for all teams and no spots in the 5 secure yet. Woody South only 1 game clear on top now and BOS, CLG, Lockleys, ML, Ourselves and CU all capable of making finals or missing out altogether.

Congrats to you boys who are obviously playing some great footy at the moment too. I was very impressed with your midfield/wings and defence you played us. Should be a cracking game for you guys next week.

uppington's 200th game, i think you'll find that uni fielded a strong side to try and give a club great a win for that milestone. the two reids plus slipper are all quality plus a few others whose names escape me. they were as strong if not stronger than when we played them earlier in the year IMO.

we did what needed to be done and now look to woody sth. massive game for the club, we'll know if we are genuine premiership contenders after this saturday.
