Div 2 in 2010 Carey, correct.. Good spotting..it certainly wasn't a uni "holiday" team and they were very persistent all day and a good opponent..the umps were great with minimal frees given and I loved the scoreboard and clock.

I love the scenery at Uni oval - the grandstand and scoreboard are awesome! good, hard game of footy, with not one spiteful act and the umpiring was excellent - the best this year. 13 frees each - 26 for the match - a far cry from the 50 odd a couple of weeks ago! Good job to the both of you. i liked how you let it go SANFL style - rather have an umpire who doesnt pay a free than one who pays a free that isnt right!

Probably lucky i left when i did i was settling in well mainly thanks to the drinks you kept racking up!

4 ladies days this year, don't know how you get so much input into other teams social calendars .

Should have stuck around, very big night :partyman: :drinkers: The ladies got messier ( except for one little blond ladie who seemed a bit down after you boys left ;) ) and HBF moonbootin' all over the dance floor with some silly bloody thing on his head. 200th and a 40th on the same night = a massive hang over today. x_x

Also, Houghton are missing out on big $ by not having a bar near the changerooms.

Still wouldn't stop other teams from bringing their own piss.

We go just fine with our bar revenue anyway.

To my side I say this Disgusting, Disgracful, Gutless, Heartless and more Importantly and the most disappointing purly Effortless could'nt care less who is in and out that display was the worst I've ever seen in life and realistically COULD well cost us our season and we have no one to blame but ourselfs cant deal with that? Stiff S@#t thats the way it is when you think your better than what you actually are results that today happen....

Now I know you're going to say I've got a grudge against the bloke so I'm not even going to mention his name. However I did say that this bloke is a coach killer and his actions would hurt Central United. Knowing how talented the guy is, he no doubt would have made the 7 point difference against Ingle Farm.

I hope instead of defending him on here, you have actually looked him in the eye and made it clear that if any opponent annoys him in any way from now on, he just gets on with it and plays football. i hope for you sake his actions haven't cost you a season.

I see your point of view Bar20 but by NO means at all could I hang Saturdays effort on the young lad you speak of as his fault.

We didn't win because the fact of the matter is we had 6 maybe 7 blokes at best either win or even break even on there opponent and IF simply wanted the game more than are blokes and that is a credit to HBF, Old Farmer and all the IF lads who are most certainly heading in the right direction.

Have to agree, our ump and their ump worked well as a team, they both let the play go longer than most other umps giving both teams a chance to get the ball out.
