We don't and won't need Him anyway.

Barrie Robran is long retired.

I think Pfeiffer started the year as a rookie but needs 5 games .. Think they changed the rules this year, but happy to stand corrected .. As you said, not our players and would be folly to plan on having them
This story, which is just about the only thing that the SANFL has ever publicly published on the topic (just what is so wrong about the central organising body posting the rules of its competition on its website?; I'm also looking at you, AFL, when I ask that), simply says, 'you're AFL listed, 5 games'. No distinction for rookie-listed players. Unless they ain't telling us something. (Well, they're not telling us a whole lot of things about byes etc, but anyway.)

But it's all a moot point for Callinan as he didn't come back through Centrals at all. He ran around kicking goals at Homebush today in a match of very similar intensity, to what he would have faced if he had come back playing at Elizabeth v Sturt.

Swear I saw him kicking goals for the Crows in Sydney yesterday :?

Even if those players mentioned qualify they are now certainty to be allowed to play anyway !
Dont count on them at all, any availability is a bonus.

I'd stayed out of this thread as the title led me to believe the club was for sale and overpriced.

Norwood are going to be under some serious pressure in the GF, with it being Bassett's last game and after having such a long run of winning this season, it will leave quite a large task for someone if the Cup does'nt get back to the Parade. No way that they will be anything other then red hot favourites this time around!
So at least one club will be after a coach, probably the only one too. Everyone else looks locked in for various reasons, even Collins although it wouldn't suprise if he's off back to Prictoria. ;)

They have to make The Grand Final first.

Sadly, this is a reflection of the two horse race our season is heading to a climax* with.

The betting there about right for me.
