Heading over to watch Wirrulla take on Elliston at Bomber HQ on the weekend. Elliston would have to go in as favourites yeah?

hey CU - can you comment on any investigations about an uncleared player playing on Saturday . I heard a whisper this morning and was wondering if there is any truth to the rumour?

I did hear something about it but not sure where it currently sits Ironknob.

Also SANFL looking into a player playing for EP when suspended from his local league. Could get more games/fine if found guilty

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

I believe we got the privilege of Arctic Park twice this year (once against Wayback once against you), a couple of Wangary trips, but only one sojourn to Pecker Park...

Well it was a good game in the A's with Elliston kicking I think the first 5 goals of the match before Wirrulla kicked 3 before quarter time. The second quarter was pretty tight with the Bombers playing better and winning the quarter to go in to half time with a sniff. The 3rd quarter saw Wirrulla kick the first 3 goals to hit the front for the first time in the match before the Roosters moved Pickett into the middle which seemed to steady the ship for them, with Elliston up by about a goal at 3/4 time. Elliston ran away with it in the last to end up winning by about 5 goals. Wirrulla had some hack filling in for them who kicked 2 goals 5 points!

I thought best players for Elliston were no. 11 Tom Rumbelow, no.18 with the white hair on the half forward line, and Pickett after half time changed the match, whilst Wally Hand kicked 6 or 7 up forward. For Wirrulla I think the best should have been Binder, Evo Whillas (had a great battle with Wally) and Jason Henderson, with the Big Red Olsen kicking 6 or 7 as well.

Was pretty disappointing that Elliston forfeited the B Grade, but they simply don't travel too well and really ruined the day with the crowd being considerably lower.

From what I have seen Francis is about half a dozen votes infront of White and Malcolm Miller.

What was Horgan refering to in the Times about not being able to play on his home ground?
We havent allocated any games to Ravendale 2 this year.

Boston best would be Dorza and Sunny, but wouldn't be near the top of the table.
