Pretty disappointed with the Umpire from Unley, this was the worst display of umpiring I have ever seen. I can deal with it when it’s both ways but to pat his own team on the back after kicking a goal it’s not a good look. The umpire wouldn’t have changed the outcome of the game just very frustrating.

well said.... i reckon jetters will still think we have it all wrong... but jetters is one of the 1st blokes on that forum bout the saafl cracking down violence, that clubs have to weed out the bad people in there clubs... fair bit of stone throwing in a massive glass house...

i do find it amusing that we don't talk on here on how good unleys reserves are, but how bad there umpire is.. something i'd be proud of i reckon ...

but I agree they are a very good team (A's and B's) so Im not sure why the club allows it to go on as it just reflects poorly.

Yes they can... Also against coaches and support staff... Did that happen Saturday???

We where told a couple of weeks ago by the league that they could pay a free kick against the bench but not against the crowd.

I'm not and haven't said he is the greatest umpire in the world, I do think your endless critism is unfair however.
But, what I really do love is that you blokes are so worried about the umpiring when you consider the results of the games.....

when we were beating your mob on regular basis and he hasn't changed one bit...
he has zero integrity when it comes to umpiring imo and anything you say won't make me think differently... Unley B's is a quality side and are odds on to win the flag and the best side i've played this year, just a shame your umpire gets talked about more...

No it is not bias. And no I'm not a one eye supporter. I can say that the umps did their best to let heccies get close to a win last week. I don't know how the unley players don't complain about their own ump themselves. Bad umpiring kills the spirit of the game. I shook my head last week getting decisions that gave us a free goal. Esp since unley don't even need the umpires help to win.

The only thing that gets close to how bad this ump is, is jetters thinking he is a decent b grade ump.
