Yeah, the site was slow and I have an incredibly quick access at work and even then it was very slow to work. A message did come up saying the server was extremely busy, Id imagine it would be a very popular site, the government should sell advertising space on it, they'd make a mint!

Sorry mate, it will become a do call register for all the exempt organisations - have you seen the list of exempt organisations? I resent having to pay a fee for not being in the phone book or on the online directories, but it works fairly well. The other thing I do when filling in forms - e.g. for banks - that insist on a home number is put my office fax number in that spot!
