lol, getting a bit picky. The TOS 'changerooms' are inconvenient, but it's hardly a good reason to deny a home final (and AFAIK they never have been denied one).

not sure they will be denied this year either Q but the SAAFL powers that be do read the forum and investigate everything written on here so perhaps they wont get a home final 8)
They dont have a great record playing home finals so if you have travel there, you probably start favourites ;)

great win on saturday by the units, just a pity that poor discilpline and early injuries cost them at least one win . but thats life, thanks to all the woody sth players and coaches for coming in for a beer after , all the best to the final 5 , i still say the best team we played this year was houghton at houghton, goes to show that in this grade any team can win on the day ! seeya next march..

Favourites? :) Trinity gave us a bit of a touch up last time and should be red hot favourites ;)

In all seriousness though, we're quite happy to play Trinity anywhere as long as there are 4 posts at either end of the field. Looking forward to it.

Definately NO! Would struggle to win a game in divvy 6 - what a great comp!! If your not at your best anyone can win - the flag is anybodies! Go the mighty CLG lions!!

I live for your late night contributions BB. legend!

thx son! Has anyone noticed we are third now? Who do you stop at CLG? Anyone of 10 could win the B&F!Five out injured too who will come back soon. And is that the B's one game clear at the top? Mmmm - not a bad club!!

Not 3rd anymore boozlebrother :)

Have you stacked your B's for the finals?

if BOS host the elimination that would mean Lakes B's play at Park 2 and their A's at TOS. We had that similar issue a few years back with the B's and A's playing at different grounds which has a bit of a hassle. Maybe a slightly earlier start of the B's and a later start for the A's at Trinity

Elimination Finals
D6R: 12.15pm - Mawson Lakes v Lockleys @ St Dominics Oval
D6: 2.15pm - Blackfriars OS v Lockleys @ St Dominics Oval

Qualifying Finals
D6R: 12.15pm - Woodville South v Trinity OS @ Trinity College
D6: 2.15pm - Trinity OS v Mawson Lakes @ Trinity College

I think we're looking to get the start times changed for our games to allow the B grade some extra time to make the long trip back down Main North Rd to watch and support the A grade

The express way will be quicker, get off at the Angle Vale Rd exit. Go the Churchill Rd, then Cavan Rd, then Port Wakefield Rd route.

Hopefully Trinity seek permission from Starplex for the oppsition to use those perfect changerooms that are next to theirs right next to the oval????? I dont think the room that are 200 metres away are adequate for a final, when there are adequate rooms metres away from the oval......

Doesn't the club hosting the finals have to provide adequate faclities???? You can't tell me those junior change rooms situated at Smithfield North are adequate???

Well done to Dean Anderson on getting BOS into the finals. he's done a great job at that club. Sadly he'll be in Townsville next year :(

glenunga changerooms arent anything better and they are hosting a final. the home team changes out of a hut near the bar and the away team have to go into the school changerooms and get changed.
