Well done, North. Listening on the radio was hard work. But North played good footy and deserve to progress. Thanks for the ride Dogs, I was 22 when the run started, now nearly 36. Never thought I'd have ever, in my wildest dreams, seen the success that we've had since 2000. Love my club.

Good luck North.

Much golf clapping to them.

However, I think what I found most enjoyable about todays win by North Adelaide... is seeing how many Central supporters had it in for Sturt on here when the pay outs came, just shows how much that 2002 GF still hurts!!! :-)

There's no doubt we were the worst team in the league this year, premiership table shows that to be true, but likewise Central were a finals embarrassment this year, taking that mantle clearly away from what is usually Glenelg's by birth right.

Cheers North... and cheers to West... who started off this beautiful fortnight!

I think that 2006 and 2011 are also still hurting.[/quote

Umm, let me think. Nope.

Obviously the call was too hard to make for the club

Wouldn't have made a difference.

Very good points and ones I brought up yesterday to a degree. Some very deserving players in the Dogs ressies yesteray and some very underserving players in the league today.
O'Sullivan is an awesome player and he'd be one of the first few I'd pick every week with the opportunity.

Yep, believe he has been offered a fair bit of coin to play country footy. After being overlooked for the league side who could blame him if he or others left next year

Imagine what its like after a championship of Australia, 28 GRAND FINAL appearances and 13 premierships, 12 when the SANFL was the premier comp in this state and a win today to boot!
Some are easily pleased though. ;)

Should have taken it. Half the player he was, pushed he club for more coin than any other league player and couldn't crack a game.

Nash the only who has a gripe, IMO.

Fantastic Wedgie can still remember the game champions of Australia and the mercurial Barry Robran now that was a football player.

Damn that was good, I can't remember North demolishing a side like that in a final

87 and 91 grand finals come to mind ;)

I would take a 1 point Grand Final victory over thrashing a side in another final.

Margin became irrelevant last week, now it's just about winning. Your mob have more wins in finals than any other this year, so far.

I think Apache was complimentary just poor punctuation.
Put a fullstop after "Wedgie" to change the context.

What a blunder Sydney delisting Lewis Johnson
Could cost Sydney the 2012 AFL Premiership

Dunno Mal, I love Lewie but I think he's one of those players similar to Gill, Damon White, etc that plays a key position in the SANFL but isn't big enough to do the same in the AFL nor mobile enough to be a flanker, etc. The twilight zone that snaps up a lot of SANFL/AFL players.

I remember James saying on t.v after a winning gf against the eagles "Richard Williams you're a disgrace". This year Williams basically confessed to cheating. Pretty similar (except we lost).
