Does anyone know where the carnival is this year. Is it still Elizabeth? Any thoughts on this years carnical?

Carnival will be played at Elizabeth and I hear that there will be some big names playing this year, some former AFL out and out greats and for the first time an actual under 14's competition.

With AJ coaching Elizabeth, I would expect the carnival may also prove to be a successful recruiting day as well. Smart fella and will be a good coach - D5 should be very interesting.

That trip to Bordertown was one of the most enjoyable days I ever had as a footballer.

Good to see Mickey O getting around.

Watched the game between Raukkan and Kaurna 2. Obviously pretty one sided.
Also watched some of an under 14 game. Couple of likely looking lads in there.

Also saw Dusty Millar from Eastern Park there watching.
Danyel Pearce was there too.

Lindsay Thomas was playing for one of the sides out there too... I wonder if north Melbourne knew about that, surely they wouldn't want him playing with the chance he could get injured. Micky O was still moving round very well
