yes they would if they have players signed to contracts; what I am saying is Brahma Lodge have not signed any new players to a contract, in fact there have been no formal discussions either with new players

EM doesn't the playing contract state that the contract only becomes valid once the player becomes registered with the club. So if a player needs a clearance the contract is only valid once clearances open in Feb?
I even think the first couple of lines on the playing contract says that it doesn't come into affect until the player is cleared from his previous club/association?
