Best Country Pubs

Postby test » Thu Oct 18, 2012 11:41 pm

The Wellington hotel, downstream along the Murray from tailem. Can take your boat right up to their front yard, great priced beers and meals. Then cruise back to your shack in the boat!!

Did someone say having an ale in lochiel?

Why would anyone stop there of all places, drove through there yesterday and couldn't believe there's a town there!!!

It's not always the town, it's quite often more about the pub itself

(Lochiel's not that bad a place to stop anyway if you took the time out instead of just being judgemental)
