MT_79: yes, you are completely correct on that, and my apologies for the typo. It DEFINITELY was -15.5 NOT +15.5; my mistake on that.

Come on guys, Ive already won the Spring Racing Carnival comp and knew nothing about horses, time to kick my butt and make some profits lads!

That flows on nicely with one of my theories that the best value bets are always between about Round 6 and Round 14.
Just enough time to get a good idea of form but still early enough (before everyone's played each other once) to get some good value.
