Once bitten twice shy... still havent forgiving it for that poor performance at HQ... does looks a class above tho... immortallity to be the danger...

Lyon usually rides Idalou,wonder why the change?

Just dont trust apprentices on odds-on pops.... didnt see the race only the result can anyone tell me what happen....

Idalou got out the gates perfectly and sat the rail,only to be crossed (cant remember who) got the rail run the whole way behind the leader,got out and took the lead with 200 to go,then just got run down,no fault on the ride IMHO.

Cheers Booney, as i said didnt see the race and i wouldnt have thought there could have been too much trouble to get into from gate 1, maybe just not a first up horse :?: i remember seeing it in the yard on its previous failure and noting it looked like it needed a run... consequently i backed the horse that ran second....lol :roll:

The horse is over rated.... it didnt beat much in its first prep.... this horse will be forgotton about pretty quickly..... almost as fast as the trainer!!!!

Dennis Markahm said this morning that the trainer has issues with the horses feet and shoes etc.

also mentioned was Classic de lago which was meant to win at its 1st race start, the possibility of being sold to hong kong interests....
