Hitting a big grey kangaroo just before iron knob. Car escaped without a dent and I don't even know how that is possible considering the roo is now being eaten by crows.

Similar to my comment in the things you rate thread. For the second year in a row Ive rocked up to the last day of work before Xmas at 7am when I could have got in at 9.30 and still claimed the same standard day when knocking off at noon. Doh!

Buys a new $1,250 '65 Fender Princeton Reverb guitar amp for Xmas...shop has to order it in from supplier...picks it up...notices on way home that there are 3 staples on top of box but empty holes for another 4 staples...gets home and unpacks it...discovers then that bottom of box has holes for 4 missing staples and is taped up...finds out that the pricks that sold him the amp have nicked all the paperwork for the amp (instruction manual, warranty card)...

O'Briens are ripoffs. I had to replace my windscreen, they quoted me over $300. Complete windscreens did if for just over $100. Identical product.

We were in Paramatta about to drive back to Adelaide so that lisping rip off merchant was the quick fix solution. F#ck me did we eat some biscuits in the waiting room though
