How's about you tell your version first, i need a good laugh!!!

Wouldn't be laughing if I were u. Biggles reckons 6 laps at training should be enough to stop u doing that again. For those how haven't heard, Charlton's B grade cruising to victory with Mal Keast approaching 50. Bystander, aparently in need of urgent hydration of the amber variety, hits three boundries to end the chase leaving Mal stranded on 47 n.o. LOW, LOW ACT. I still don't know what's more unbelieveable, that u actually hit three fours or doing that to Mal. I wouldn't be expecting a christmas card this year bystander.

You forgot to mention that when i went in we needed 20 for a win, he had enough opportunity to get his 50.

He probably figured with 12 to win he still had plenty of time to get the THREE he needed. Haje you would have been at the crease when Tommy was going nuts. Must have been good to watch. especially when your getting a few yourself. Making a late charge for the aggregate perhaps!!!

with 4 overs to go HAJE was on about 87ish, you had never made a ton before haje so i thought you would've just pushed some 2's or 3's, but no in true aussie style he went for the tonk and got out!

While i was there he hit a 4 & a single, if had swung the bat & turned the 1 into 4, he could've held the bat high and celebrated his 50!!!!

Thought about it briefly tips but with my fitness floundering and quickly running out of partners the thought of quick boundaries was a little more enticing! Maybe one day I might get there but i'm not holding my breath! Perhaps I could have swapped bats with Dongah or Tommy, Gee they were flying off that thing!

nother solid win from us in cricket, quitly going along travelling well. What has happened to the form of Souths? They were meant to be a top 2 candidate yet will limp into the finals if at all.
Tony Lock scored 80 against our B grade on Saturday, and wanted to bat on to make his ton, what a d...head. He should be sacked.
Haje the biggest laugh of all is Tod River not sighning the memorandum (deciding vote) and then baseball sighning it to get the $150,000. If anyone ever wants to know why we havent got a fantastic turf pitch etc. at Ravendale ask Tod River. Should have never let them in, same with MPark.

Hey RR, 4 teams in baseball league of which three are based in lincoln and they were keen on the idea of moving to ravendale. Shields didn't really care whether we played lincoln games at ravendale or poole . We have our own oval to play on and look after. Also, what's the relation between baseball and tod river? Two completely different sports and different groups of people, WTF are you on about? As for tod river not being let in to the league, well some times I wish we weren't!

Same with us Haje, when you supply your own ground and aren't reliant on the council, you don't need or want the wind swept hole!!

Perhaps you need to gets some facts straight rr. Firstly baseball's allocation of 150k had absolutely nothing to do with cricket signing that memo. Baseball had been alocated 150k BEFORE cricket's signing deadline date. I know this because I was one of two people who signed baseball's memo. The interesting thing about ravendale is apparently plans are being made to enable cricket to be played there anyway. Why would you sign away the rights to your major ground when you are going to be facilitated anyway. You and Snozza need to have a good look at the facts before bagging anyone who is unsure on this ravendale complex. As a member of the baseball group who investigated this for 2 YEARS and still haven't got answers to some of our questions, I can tell you all that those memo's aren't worth the paper they are printed on. That is a fact! In the words of a COUNCIL MEMBER "This is not a legally binding contract." To acuse Tod River of being responsible for ravendale not having a turf pitch is just crap. When you guys get your facts straight perhaps you'll get some credibility, until then shut up. Just for the record the reason baseball signed and cricket didn't is simple, Ravendale may be better for baseball than Poole Oval. Can the same be said about cricket and Centenary?

Hang on you pair of ugg boot bandits....thats our home ground that you are having a go at......

reakon enuff has been said about the complex, but as a rate payer I just want to know what right the council have to guarantee a loan of this size and expose the ratepayers of the city to another potential leisure centre debacle....especially after it was originally 'sold' to the public on the basis that they would not........
