Que? the majority of Glenelg supporters didn't bag Willets on this forum (a couple did) but the majority didn't.

The majority of Glenelg posters on this site had him in our best 21....just not up forward....

This idea of AFL listed players being able to switch SANFL clubs once the season has started only denigrates the SANFL competition and makes it look very amatuer IMO.

Why do the SANFL clubs constantly roll over to the AFL clubs and allow their players to walk all over the club and treat it like garbage. If Jericho didnt sing the clubs song last week and had a bad attitude, Westies should have the right to suspend him for the rest of the season and he should not get to play anywhere. No AFL listed player should have the right to dictate to an SANFL club and NEVER EVER treat its colours like crap.

If the SANFL allow it to continue, then the competition will be rated as crap by the multitude of AFL supporters for good reason, if the SANFL doesnt stand for anything it will become piss weak and no doubt spiral on down to being taken over outright by the VFL-AFL. I remain convinced that the reason that the SANFL market the competiton so badly is to hasten the takeover to the SA-AFL

Absolutely correct - seen this on the news tonight myself. To make it clear to anyone who hadn't heard about this story this move was at the request of Luke Jericho himself not the Adelaide Football Club. Unlike Port Power the Crows don't try and hold power over the SANFL clubs.
