come on Q thought you knew Duromine was the major sponser of all music festivals.

Actually if your diet is not correct ( which happens in majority of people on Duromine) you would probably find it would actually cause it hard to show abs.

Ok PP seeing that you got photo's off Cheetah and had posted them within 2 hrs then why don't you ask him these questions and post the answer's for him.
1- what is drago current diet, calorie intake and exercise plan
2- what is drago post duromine diet, calorie intake and exercise plan
3- why is it drago couldn't do a normal diet and had to use duromine
4- in relation to number 3 is still still going to be the case once he comes off duromine
5- If he has done diets in the past why did they fail?
6- has he seek advice from professional eg trainers nutrionist
7- why did drago choose duromine, considering the possible side effects and seeing he was a trained athelete

This is why Cheetah needs to return. To respond to this with Drago's answers. If he isnt too lazy. Bring back Cheetah.
I just caught up with Drago running past Kingston Road Mini Mart in his adidas originals jamaican tracky.
He will detail his plan and answers to the above which hopefully Cheetah can detail when he is reinstated here. No issue there.
And to his credit, Drago has had no problem in having his progress photos put up here.
Drago's challenge to you kickinit is to do the same. You are full of advice for him, you doubt his approach and you have set out how you are able to manage to be a trainer and on top of your fitness despite your long working hours.
Drago challenges you to do as he has done and post a photo of yourself with todays paper to show how your non duromine approach works
Bring back Cheetah.

Awesome topic, I have just read through from the beginning. Congratulations Drago for what you have achieved to date, keep it up mate. I think Kickinit should lighten up a bit, if this weight loss program is working for Drago, which it sounds like it is, then what is the problem? (no need to respond Kickinit - I have already read all of your posts on this topic)

If no need to respond then why ask a question? Is duromine sustainable unfortunately in majority of cases people the weight back on. The only thing that will make a diet work is dedication. If you haven't got a medical reason then you don't have a excuse for not exercising and since when can't someone cook something healthy instead of bad.

I really hope drago does do well after taking duromine, hopefully seeing how much I've bagged it he sees there is a lot of hard work for him to do after he comes off it. Ill even pass on info (if he wants) for his diet and exercise afterwards

All natural ANB have a very strict anti doping policy, some competitors have been tested 2-3 each comp. If a official comes up says i'm going to test you then bad uck how many times you've been tested before you have to test again.
