Salisbury West hosted a 9-a-side competition last year and charged $90 per team so $10 a person, if you had subs it was obviously a little cheaper. I think they had 12 teams so with all the cash they received from the teams and the money they would of taken over the bar/bbq it would of been a very nice revenue raiser for them. Each winner of each game got a drink card for 10 free drinks and the winner of the competition took home $1k cash while the runners up got a drink ticket i think lol, was great because we offered to go halves with the opposition before the final and they declined, we ended out using the cash on drinks at our footy club and brought in a topless lady. Money well spent i thought

But the competition was great, was a really fast paced game and good for some off season fitness. Was looking forward to it again this season but heard nothing and only just found this thread.
