Drago - i truly believe in when having digs at people you do it face 2 face! Easy 2 hide behind a computer and have cheap shots at people here. Easy 2 talk your self up on here and show no results! still very early days yet, i think i show weight loss and from pics should be able 2 see paper and follow time line. Was hoping for other peoples experiences on weight loss aswell. Q if you like looking at half naked men go 2 kikinits tourney! you dont have 2 look at this sight!

I've known a couple of chicks who have used the amphetamine diet. Lost weight but aged about 5-10 years real quick.

this forum was started after kickinit called me out on duromine. i challenged him 2 get someone and help them lose weight. He has not done this but go on and about duromine. As from the start duromine is not a magic pill. he pm calling me out but i was banned. posted photos of dragos progress. All he did was ridicule. he was challenged 2 post a photo of himself. we are still waiting. drago decided 2 use duromine after acouple visits from doctor. Big inital thing he noticed it bloked his impulse eating. That was he believes is his worst habit. Definately did feel extra kick 2 exercise. so started 2 develop some exercise routines. first walks 2kms- 5kms. then running from around 3.2km and now at over 8km mark. also doing sit ups and push ups. also some basic weights. now just started circuit in his shed and sprint work. Has been working reallyhard on diet liking alllbran flakes and bannanas skim milk. keeping up fluid. snacking on fruit agd vegies and basic meat and veg meals. has had trouble sleeping some times, but has used this 2 exercise more and help clean the house(a little). big challenge which kickinit keeps going on about is keeping weight off over long term. drago thinks that not having voices in his head saying eat that its ok and eating without thinking has been a huge pressure off. allowing him 2 focus on exercise. but still teaching self 2 eat properly. he also got a referal 2 a psychologist 2 talk about his eating and stuff. also rekon this has been a big help.

No digs at the man himself, just a couple of us disagree with the method. Like I wrote earlier, hopefully he's got the willpower to keep going for whatever his goal is once the drug is no longer controlling the appetite.

You want my weight loss experience? I ate less (and hardly had a beer). Lost 7 kilos in December and aiming to be at 90kg (@ 10% BF) for footy by Feb. Eat less.

Why haven't I went and got someone to train? because what you gave me 2 weeks let alone I'm busy training for my first comp, yep i'm going to drop what i'm doing just so I can train someone for you.

Can you quote me where I ridcule his photo's.

Like I said I don't need to post for you, if you want to see me that badly you know where i'll be june 2nd.

Here's a question for you, quote me and provide evidence to back yourself up where what ever I have said has been wrong. Because basically what your saying is the millions of people that have lost weight from a healthy diet and exercise is a infact lies and they all took duromine as it's the only way to lose weight.
