Drago has 17 duries left and weight is about 86kg. So 17 days 2 weigh in at 80kgs! Timed his run last night, which is about 8.4kms. Took him 62 mins. This gives him a goal 2 beat now. Diet has maintained good.

in case you missed my question why couldn't drago lose weight from just using a diet ?

Were has knockinit been? We need some tips so drago can weigh under 80kg in 16 days. Please fire away with suggestions. How much weight would shaving him take off? Dont boxers wrap themselves in plastic and sweat like knockinit at a Duran Duran concert? Has been having about 1500 calories a day. Time has been really holding him back 2 exercise more. Generally does sit ups and push ups in morning. Then evenings is either a jog, circuit work and now footy training. Has anyone got any ideas for anything else 2 keep weight loss going? This is a long term program we are working out. Keeping exercises fun and not 2 draining. He also rides 2 work each day/night. Whiches abit under 1km. I have suggested extending the ride, but a bit hard with kiddy commitments. We have set a long term goal now 2 get 2 70 kgs. No real pressure on this weight with a time frame but just 2 show weight loss without duromine. Dragos knows the really big challenge will be after duromine. Maybe the next challenge could be 2 bulk him up with chemical help? If only there was drugs out there that could help this!

Are you still disappointed with this thread? Weight loss has been exceptional 2 date, for someone with health and time limitations. Photos i think show good weight loss. Have definately slowed in last couple of weeks. Has stayed away from butter and cut back alcohol alot.

nekminnanet! You sed in november you were losing weight. Now in january you are saying you are trying 2 lose weight? Do you need help losing weight? I have a friend trying an appetite suppressant, its abit controversal with some people. But he has had good results thus far. If you are 2 lazy 2 lose weight the traditional way? (calorie deficit diet). PM if you would like further details.

Will struggle to lose 6kgs of mass in that time, but you should introduce HIIT three times a week to increase metabolic rate over a longer period. Also, 1500 calories probably isn't enough of a deficit for a 5'4" bloke.

Looks pretty good mate. Do you know any good PTs that could help drago set up a routine?

The possibilities are endless with HIIT, just use your imagination.

Doesn't have to limit himself to repeat sprints on a footy oval. Can do it on an exercise bike. A rower. With a kettlebell.
