I think Drago should buy a subscription to men's health magazine.....give him plenty of ideas and tips to set up own routine.

Dont boxers wrap themselves in plastic and sweat like knockinit at a Duran Duran concert? Has been having about 1500 calories a day. Time has been really holding him back 2 exercise more. Generally does sit ups and push ups in morning. Then evenings is either a jog, circuit work and now footy training. Has anyone got any ideas for anything else 2 keep weight loss going? This is a long term program we are working out. Keeping exercises fun and not 2 draining. He also rides 2 work each day/night. Whiches abit under 1km. I have suggested extending the ride, but a bit hard with kiddy commitments. We have set a long term goal now 2 get 2 70 kgs. No real pressure on this weight with a time frame but just 2 show weight loss without duromine. Dragos knows the really big challenge will be after duromine. Maybe the next challenge could be 2 bulk him up with chemical help? If only there was drugs out there that could help this!

I ask on saturday and twice yesterday let's see if you can read today, why couldn't drago lose weight on a normal diet? Also what education do you have giving advice to people on taking duromine.

Are you still disappointed with this thread? Weight loss has been exceptional 2 date, for someone with health and time limitations. Photos i think show good weight loss. Have definately slowed in last couple of weeks. Has stayed away from butter and cut back alcohol alot.

At the time there were no photos. So no, it certainly has delivered something of interest. Keep it up! Haha

The key is high intenisty training MT - really get stuck into - even if you only last a minute have a 30 sec break then BAM get stuck in for another minute.

It would appear drago is using diet, exercise and duromine for his weight loss which is noticeable working. Would the weight loss of been as quick without duromine? I doubt it. Good results are good results and drago is achieving some good results.

So you still can't answer the question. I guessing he tried to lose weight before he started duromine, so couldn't he lose it? Pretty simple question I don't know why cheetah keeps running from it

OK, I can't hold out any longer, so I'm going to attempt to respond on the huge assumption that this thread isn't an April Fools setup.

kickinit does have a very good point.

'Drago' has apparently lost 12kgs since early Nov, approx 1kg per week, and now the aim is apparently 6kgs in 2 weeks??? ... WTF?

I lost 20kgs last year in around 6 months, mainly though a better diet. Yes, I did exercise more by getting back on the bike but I'd say the weight loss was over 80% diet. The weight loss for me needed to be steady but manageable and sustainable, and touch wood, I'm kept it all off to date.

I don't care what 'Drago' lifestyle or 'health' challenge is (I couldn't be arsed reading 25 pages of this thread to find out) but in the vast majority of cases, the only 'excuse' for not being able to lose weight is apathy.

Whatever this lab experiment is trying to achieve, one thing it won't achieve is sustainability.

If 'Drago' keeps all this weight off after 12 months I'll be mildly impressed ... after 2 years and I'll be a supporter.

If it is in fact April Fools, then carry on and disregard all of the above.

All drago wants 2 be is a pro athlete. The 6kgs in 2 weeks is just a short term goal. With a good sweat and drug assisted clean out drago could easily weigh in under 80kgs in the time frame. This is why photos are up 2 show actual noticeable fat loss. Dedja drago really really hopes he can midly impress you! lol u puckwit!

Losing water weight (via carb depletion or dehydration) doesn't count.
