Im fairly certain they are. When I was reviewing my home cover last week, the calculator I was using to determine the correct amount had a section in there about fencing. I could be wrong though.
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

Are you allowed to erect a 3m high screening structure 20cm from a back fence?
Blueboard with 100mm steel posts.

Isn't there a minimal space of 70cm with a gap at the bottom to avoid an animal trap?

Been blown by the winds that it now swings about 50cms everytime the wind gets up, it is on top of a small retaining wall and I think the whole thing is going to need to be pulled down and redone properly (which in my uneducated view wasnt done properly in the first place)

How long does it take for a house to be built from first meeting until handover. I know it varies from builder to builder. Just want a rough time frame.

6 months to 24months really depends on the builder. bigger builders have more sub contractors and usually organise them pretty well so there not waiting for something to be done for too long. smaller builders usually only have limited contractors usually meaning waiting basically until 1 house is done until they start the next.
