I'm sure why your calling me a hypocrite, but i'm guessing it's because I use supplements? Supplements aren't going to make me lose weight, you can take all the supplements in the world but the only thing that is going to make you lose weight is a calorie deficit diet and good exercise plan. Supplements are only to help you along the way, that's why there a supplement. The link below is the article i'm guessing you are referring to and squids had already asked me what I thought. When your paying around the $10,000 for the op wouldn't you want something that is going to fix you for good? Seeing in that same article it was also found more then half the people that had it had to have a follow up procedure. Plus factor into that the people that simply couldn't afford another $10,000 and people that had given up on it working for them. To me it doesn't have a huge success rate to it. BUT that doesn't mean it doesn't work and i'm sure you what the reason is people need to have the surgery again.
Drago weight loss is a great achievement no one can deny that. To me the weight isn't "dropping off so quickly", his weight loss so far could of easily been achieved without using duromine. But at the end of the day it's drago decision to what he takes and what he doesn't, as long as he is happy with his decision then that's it. Hopefully when he stops he learns about nutrition and learns how his body deals with it. And please remind him 1 (the one thing most diets out there forget to mention, and the 1 reason peoples weight loss stops) is he needs to keep adjusting his calories the more weight he losses. And if he see's a diet that automatically gives him a calorie number without even taking simple stats like height and weight to stay as far away as possible.
I personally think drago has a long way to go before he even thinks about a bulk. Not just in his weight loss but he has workout how he body reacts, find his maintenance level and get that in order before worrying about size. Once he has these worked out a bulk will become much easier to control and if it does become out of hand then he knows how to get back. A bulk is just the opposite of a cut, calorie deficit for a cut and a calorie surplus for a bulk. deficit and surplus should be around 300-500 calories of maintenance. Supplements are only there to fill the void of what he's missing from his diet. But in my experience i'd be very impressed if he could do it without them.
