I think I ended up having 5 bets with the 1 winner at $8. I have been trying a better approach to win betting. Simply work out what my s.r is for each rating. Work out whether 33% of my $3 pops are winning. Work out the overlays and at what prices and what s/r they each have . And then from there if everything looks ok ill bet to return $100 or if is strong overs and within paramaters ill bet to return $150 and so on.

I figured I can apply this to your ratings at angle park etc and see how we go betting value. My head is still very confused about exotic punting but hopefully can get there.

I am finding that I would rather be playing select combinations rather than boxing. But big differences in s/r for instance getting the tri in order is @3.5% but hugely profitable. Will need a much bigger sample though.

Yeah i agree that taking exotics in order is more profitable, but also boxing as a saver.

Race 6 was a good race for me despite the 7 losing and the winner being unders the tri paid quite handy

didnt bother checking last night as didnt think any were going to be up.

i started off well myself, getting winner and quinella in first.

then was down hill from there virtually with the 2 winners rest of night

my other issue when doin form and markets, i generally dont like doing a price for a runner i dont believe can win!
