Not at all.

We're starting from a lower baseline that you blokes.

Just look at theses comments from the neutral esteemed populace of the SA Footy forum:

X Runna wrote:A further comparison is that Woody South would have smashed Mitchell Park

marbles wrote:Mitchell Parks will lose more matches than they win. IMO

Phantom Gossiper wrote:I like the look of Lockleys for the flag, and Mitchell Park for the spoon

Phantom Gossiper wrote:I wouldn't be suprised if MP were relegated

I reiterate. You need to consider the bigger picture. Weekley and Simper don't take us from relegated to finals side. They take us from relegated to hopefully not relegated and a chance to build again.

CLG were very, very unlucky not to make the 5 last year, adding a couple of very good Div 1 capable players should see them push into the top few. I think it is you who is deflecting.

I understand your logic morell, but add to that relegated team J Daish, M Mazey, T Potuszynski and M Harrison then throw in B Weekley and A Simper and the picture is a bit different. Aysh Simper is a very very good recruit and will be well suited by the hustle and bustle of Div 6. Mawson Lakes would be clear favourites for mine and Lockleys have picked up some smokies with a bit of quality to add to their pretty fair team of 2012. One thing is certain Div 6 is again going to be very tight apart from TTG who look to have the task ahead. MP somewhere from 4 to 8 for mine. :)

By the way Moses, where is the Riddler??? He has been very very quiet over the pre season. Does he have himself on a self imposed media ban or is he spending all his time these days on the baby forums????? Last time we spoke he was working flat out on new breathing techniques!!! :D ;)

Ill be very surprised if Mitchell park don't play finals this year. You can play it down all you like morell. From the games I seen last year the recruits will give the club enormous depth. With Benny back after two seasons at Div 1 level the midfield would be making me salivate if I was a forward at the club. With all respect to Brad Schneider who done a great job in the GF last year if I was Harro I'd be chasing hard for a big ruck man. In my opinion would make you a 5 goal better side .... Not that they are the easiest blokes to find !

Great numbers out on the track at rosewater. They really are looking strong this year with some handy recruits and are looking to work there way back up the divisions to be the proud strong club they once were.

Already hearing of some blokes looking to move away form the kennel already. A lot of ew recruits but not enough spots. Playing Div 6 footy and being promised this and that is one thing. Not being able to fit in the side and play Div 6R is another. Not saying anything bad of course but i know of 3-4 guys looking elsewhere already. All the best to them to get back up the grades as they are a very proud club.

Are you saying that blokes wont fit in the A grade because they might not be good enough or some other reason?

Has Mitchell Park enquired about HQ becoming major sponsor of the club. Apparently a few LADS frequent (including 2highly rated recruits) there every Saturday night. Apparently they are referred to as the Mammoths

Absolutely spot on Freo HeaveHo. Schneids came good in the end but had to be dropped to the two's to spark him, but I believe he is working in the mines now and his games will be limited. Salivate all you like as a forward but without at least a 1st grade ruck in Div 6 you ain't gunna get much if you don't get 1st use. :(

Jeez I get sick of the arrogant attitude of some of the people on here from clubs playing at the lofty, dizzying, elite, heights of ... division 3 in the SAAFL? Whoah oh, excuse me while I kowtow mister big shot from Division 3, we are not worthy.

Fair dinkum, who are you, Dean Cox?

Gun midfielder with a big tank & hard at it. Very handy pick up.
Would have slowed up a bit but should do very nicely in Div 6.

No, its you guys in the low divs who overstate things. You need at least '1st grade' ruckmen in div 6....

Well you didnt in div 4, so I can't imagine why you would in div 6!

A bit short sighted if you think that Div 3 is the lofty elite "M"........Best take a pill if your not well and focus of doing well in Div 6 this year............You will feel much much better....... ;)
