Common sense prevails, just need the linesmans to learn the offside rule now

no, they need to do away with the offside rule, stupid rule IMO and always has been. You should be able to play / stand etc anywhere without being caught offside

Dont agree, that would ruin the game. I think the rule should just be made a little more lenient though, id make it so level is on as long as part of your body is level with the defender. At the moment as soon as you are half a body off they flag you.

You can't ever get rid of the offside rule but I've always thought implementing a no pass back to the back half rule once its in the front half like basketball would work well.
Mind you I can see issues with that as well.

Good to see the Japanese player get a hat trick for Man U overnight, great game by Rooney setting up 2 and putting in a cracker.

Kagawa is a bit of a forgotton man at United this year, has been plagued by injury but if fit Fergie will start him every week, rates him very highly. Good that we have almost got the full squad back on the park.
Good solid game, Norwich hardly had a shot and was good to see Rooney have a good game.
15 points clear again, not over yet but the finishing line is in sight.
Got bigger fish to fry midweek, need to be at our best to get by Madrid

dont believe so, i think the other teams have gotten worse, you have just stayed the same, and bought a player that has basically won it for you. Its a shame to see him going well there, but he is the difference. Like the spuds, basically becoming a one man team. rooney has been well off this season, and you have someone to take his place

Definately had an over reliance on RVP early on but he hasnt scored too many in the last few months.
Agree the others have got worse but I still feel we are a bit shaky at the back still. We have had plenty of injuries this season and as you said Rooney hasnt had his best year so I can definately see improvement for next season especially if Fergie spends the £100m he has been promised for next season and we grab a decent defender or two.
There will be a few sides who improve a fair bit next season so we know we need to improve

Gareth Bale a guest at the champions league match at Old Trafford today. Probably be playing for either side next season, Tottenham just can't afford to hang on to him. :(

considering we did them 5-2 in 2 out of the recent 3 games, i would say better. Or what would you call it?
considering he was the one who was marking our centre back, which he scored the goal for us i would say better. What would you call it?
considering that they have not finished about us in the league for over 16 years i would say better? Or what would you call it?

He is a star i have said that before, but wait and see.

Wont be with us, latest rumour is Bale to Madrid and Modric plus £20m to Spurs.
We will spend in the offseason but cant see him coming to us

He is exceptional and the main reason they are so high in the table.
They do have a few duds aswell though, their depth is also fairly ordinary, that will stop them finishing higher.
Most of the top 6 have pretty good starting squads but the depth of the top few is the differance over a long season.
We have had games with RVP, Rooney and Hernandez on the bench.
