for your $32 investment u would have got odds of all those teams scoring first just over $5 so your return would have been around $160

I'm a bit confused with what you mean ..

some bookmakers offer odds for teams to score first whether it be a goal or a point
so for example west coast was 1.75 to score 1st today
so instead of taking goal at $3 and point at $3.25 were the best u can hope for is the point which works out to just over $1.60 because your taking 2 options
for example $10 on goal @ $3 return $30
$ 10 on point @ 3.25 return $32.50
investment $20 best return is $32.50

first score option $20 to score 1st @ $1.75 return $35

its only a few dollars difference but when your taking a multi of a few legs it starts to add up

so instead of taking 8 different combinations you could have just taken them to score 1st @ $1.7, $1.75 and $1.75
which would have given you $32 @ $5.20 return $166

hope that helps a little bit
