globe derby monday 21/5/2007

Postby bayman » Sun May 20, 2007 9:23 pm

well i'll apologise in advance as i've done no video replays as i've had no time, i'll be watching them tonight & if i find anything different i'll let you know in the morning

overall tough meeting (better to have the day off as i will)

r1 9 looks an e/w special from 4,5,6,7(new stable & should improve)
r2 7,8,9 the main three from 1,4 as rough place hopes
r3 4,6 on top from 2 with next best 8,9 & watch on 3 as i dont know it
r4 2 an e/w special this is ready to win & gets its chance with 7 the main danger then 1,3,4,8
r5 well this is the mal-dilemma race with two of his favourites in. i think from the draw 2 will win (rated 4/7) obviously 9 is the big danger with multi hopes to 3,5,8
r6 open race 1,2,5 with multi hopes to 4,8,10
r7 i'll go 1,4,8,10 in a very hard race
r8 7 on top from 2,3,5,8,9
r9 main chances appear to be 3,8,9 from 1,2,5

suggested bet(s)
r1 no 9 e/w
r4 no 2 e/w
r5 no 2 win

betfair lay
r5 no 6 a lot tougher to be placed from this draw

good luck on the punt
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

Mal - just to "help you out" a little bit with your quaddies and multi bets

R1 - open claiming race with 2,6,7,9 the top chances.. think it's intersting the A Robinson is claiming all the S Loone horses...
R2 - 4,6,8,9 on top from 7.. another open and tough race
R3 - 3 has had a couple of trials, been around the mark.. D Harding choosing to drive this is interesting.. for that reason, i'll put in my top selections of 1,3,5,8,9 but another hard race
R4 - I think down a little on Saturday night grade + claiming driver.. 1 e/w for me from 2,3,4,7,8
R5 - i'd take the 4/7 about the 2.. should stroll to the front and race be over from 9 and then 1,7,8 to fill the 3rd spot.
R6 - 5 should sit outside 1 or 2 and just win.. 1:58 winner 3 starts ago.. next best 1,2,8,9,10 - 10 went super 1st up from a front row draw and does have a nice turn of speed, but barrier 10 over 1800m has just made it very difficult to win for him...
R7 - lottery race as the trotters are.. 10 is on top even off 60m from 1,2,3,4,8,12
R8 - 7 has led to win it's 2 starts.. won't lead tomorrow.. in saying that I think he will win from 2,3,5,8,9
R9 - 1800m = 1 e/w special from 3,5,7,8,9

Suggested Bets
R4 - 1 e/w
R5 - 2 w
R7 - 10 e/w (if > $5)
R9 - 1 e/w

Tough meeting, so I won't be having many bets tomorrow...

How do you suggest we profit from this considering betfair dont offer place markets on monday, it was 40/1 anyway.

STS

after someone has put up a preview about a meeting, eg, BAYMAN had put up his monday GDP preview well in advance to yours, is it possible in future to follow suit........

I mean even Mal manages not to start up two threads about the same meeting.......

maybe you need to have your own thread because of who you think you are.................
