Update after Round 8

Roos 7-1
Bullies 5-3
Hawks 5-3
Geelong 5-3
Coll 5-3
Adel 5-3
WCE 4-4
Saints 4-4
Port 4-4
Ess 4-4
Bris 4-4
Rich 3-5
Syd 3-5
Carl 2-6
Melb 2-6
Freo 2-6

Roos are clearly the punters darlings and the bookies keep underrating them...if you put $100- on them ATS on every game so far you would be $530- in front!!!

ATS = At The Spread which is the points margin for $1.90 that the bookies determine is the middle handicap....For Example the $1.90 line for Kangas/Carlton was Roos -11.5 and Carlton +11.5, Kangas won by 17 points therefore "covered the spread", Calrton could have lost the game by up to 11 points for them to win ATS.

So in essence the above ladder shows the teams that are under rated (top) and over rated (bottom)...as you can see despite Richmond not winning a game they have covered the spread 3 times
