No problems mate.

The discolouration leaves after about 3-4 months, the swelling will go just after that. The throbbing, however, may or may not continue for several months, depending on how far out of your bollocks they pull the tubes before cutting them.

The nasty feeling taking a leak only lasts for about 6-8 weeks.

Other than that, you'll be fine.
