I have no problem with a game starting at 10 as long as its played in respect of the ANZACs, anthem, moments silence etc.

Can any Fitzroy or Woody South people tell me if next weeks ANZAC day game on Thursday is a day game or night game? Its listed as a day game but have heard reports it could infact be a night game

Definitely a day game. Woody South lights nowhere near good enough to play at night.

Is that at Ledger Road? Might have to walk around the corner from home and have a look. Normal start times?

Should organise a safooty get together, I reckon there will be a few there.

After following up with much smarter and more informed people than myself, I understand both Woody South and Fitzroy wrote to the RSL to see if they objected to the early start, which I'm told they didn't object. Definitely no disrespect intended.

Fitzroy hosted Woody Sth in an ANZAC Day Triple Header a couple years ago & Woody Sth are hosting this years ANZAC Day Triple Header, great day last time & I'm sure this year will be a cracker too

Martin was named in the B's but was a late exclusion because of work. I think Porto was the same but not sure.

The Bs team is pretty different from last year. Im the only one in the backlines that played there last year. Mostly players going up to the A grade.

Stubberfield went up on the weekend, and I cant see why they would drop him back. Played an amazing game.

I was looking at our B grade team photo from last season yesterday- 8 played B's on the weekend, 4 played A grade, 2 played C grade, 3 injured at the moment and 3 have left Adelaide for work.

Woodysth kicked 10 goals 7 in last quarter to win by 50 points also no McNeil (full forward) or no chappy (chf) today either.

Fitzroy C's by 15 goals
Woody South B's by 100 pts
Woody South A's by 12 goals, after Fitzroy up at 3/4 time!

Whether it's 50 points or 12 goals I was expecting the contest between these two sides to be alot closer.

That's a huge last quarter and a big statement to the rest of the comp, although Fitzroy are better than us I think having 3 home games to start the year certainly helped their league position.

My opinion for what it is worth is Kenilworth and Woodvilel South are the pace setters this season and look the goods.
