typical, then if the mancs send a "b" team as you say it, and they lose, it will be all down to "oh we only sent a B team there". Typical ;)

Our B team would still finish in the Top half of the EPL, there wont be no excuses Ferg will still want a win.
Might sit RVP on the bench wearing his shiny winners medal.
Look at the brightside, the Emirates may see its first bit of silverware for awhile ;)

yeah, i guess we have another 16 years to go, to match your trophy drought too in the EPL ;).....

i guess its easy now, to pick on teams who go for 10 years in EPL, but 26 years means nothing ;)
hmmm, are you another jump on the bandwagon supporter from the mancs ;) ?

No, Ive been through those hard times and remember the stick I got from all those Arsenal and Liverpool fans, nice to give some back. United won stuff all in the first 10 years I supported them. We were a fairly ordinary bunch then, if I was a bandwaggoner I would of been a Liverpool or Everton supporter, they cleaned up in that era.
Have been a member for many years
Actually didnt see United win in my first 6 visits to OT and had to wait until I went in 93 and we beat Spurs.
Probably have been to 15-20 United games in England and are heading over hopefully next season for a month or so

RVP - "The bottom line is that I want to win trophies with Arsenal, not with anybody else. I know you can win trophies in many countries and in many ways, but I want to do that in our way and in an Arsenal shirt.

‘I’m sure I could win things at another team in another country, but would it feel like our trophy, my trophy? I’m not sure it would. Anything we win here will come from the heart and that’s what I want. It’s my dream and I see no point in speaking about other teams when I have these dreams. I think other people know that about me; I’m just hungry to win with Arsenal and that’s it. – Robin van Persie, February 2011"

Yeah, that works when the right amount comes along ;)

No comparison in those title droughts.
For the major part of Manchester United's 26-years between titles it was the pre-Premier League/pre-foreign import era. It was a very even competition and financially the teams were more closely matched.
Arsenal's 10-year drought is much more significant, and worrying, because for all that time they've been competing against only 3-4 other teams with any hope of winning.

i agree, it was harder back then, an even competition, no stupid amounts of money being thrown around.. So yes, Arsenals drought maybe more significant NOW because of money, certainly not because it is easier .
Harder to win something back then, hence the quality of teams i.e Arsenal/Liverpool back then
Easier to win something now i.e. anyone of the "top" players will follow the coin. Put all the good and decent players to gether and you can win anything.

Umm his motives if you remember , pussy man was with his country team overseas before the start of the season, and pussy man announced ( whilst under a media ban from arsenal) that he was not signing on for arsenal and wanted out due to the club not signing " top players" .

Wenger was very upset about that as so were many gunners. He was then told when he returned to the club before pre season - you disrespected the club when you were told not to say anything, you are no longer required nor wanted in my plans for this season . Hence he was sold. RVP wanted to stay , once santi was bought. and lucas and giroud, as RVP came out and said to the players, AFTER this "oh i want to stay on". Wenger had made his mind up already. You disrespect me and the club, that stood by you for eight seasons through your injuries, then you are gone.

if a player wants out, let them go. As in any team sports, their heart is not odviously in it anymore when things like that are said. **** him, congrats to him yes, but the man wanted to go, he disrespected the club, so he was sold. End of story.

Fair enough but I dont understand why you would sell him to a rival instead of shipping him off to somewhere in Europe.
Wenger has made the same mistake with Nasri and others, I can guarantee you that if one of United's stars wanted out there would be no way Fergie would sell them to a rival EPL club.
Anyway its done, he will play on the weekend and receive a guard of honour at the Emirates and id suggest just a few boo's aswell

the little man inside him (pussy mans words) said " a club like the mancs is aonce in a life time opportunity", and pussy mans management refused to let him sign elsewhere basically, and if we didnt sell him, he would have sat on the bench or the sidelines, and would have become a free agent at end of the season. Pussy man and his management refused to be sold anywhere else in a way. Not much you can do about that. Im sure pussy man would have gone to the mancs for free , so arsenal missed out if he had the choice.

lol, a few boos .....love it. supporters are calling for blood, like nasri. Shitty officals had to remove nasri from the bench when he returned to the emirates, as fans were basically jumping the fences to "get him"

Yeah just trying yo add a little humour, RVP will cop a barrage from the fans and so he should. Dont have an issue with the crowd getting into him, he does deserve it

Yep as are the players.
If they want to heckle us for losing a title on GD after just beating their pathetic team they have to expect some stick in return.
Rio tweeted that there will be a party at OT if they go down.
