for me it would depend on the job security of the new job. will you have a probation period?

I will need to perform, but it won't be hard to improve things quickly. The new employer won't be going anywhere in the next 20 years. The place I'm at now is very reliant on contracts from outside sources. So one minute we are shutting the doors and my job is gone, too we have more work so we want you to stay on.
