Whispers going around Melbourne today that Essendon have been cleared by ASADA and an announcement is due in the next day or so. Fingers crossed this is the case

Who has their fingers crossed?
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

This statement is alot different to the one you posted after the loss to Brisbane Jim about resting players.
Which one is it? ;)

Also there can be no doubt about the PED's last year now, Took til round 10 for the comp to catch you last year, only taken to round 8 this year.
Here comes the karma bus, no finals again for the asterix team.

Now the heats off Voss id imagine Hird will be under the pump to keep his job.

Not good.
Both Nathan and his girlfriend have a restraining order against this bloke but It obviously didnt deter him and his sidekick.
Sounds like its a fairly minor injury and could be back in a couple of weeks

Interviews are still happening, was told by someone inviolved at the club yesterday that a decision could still be 2-3 months away.
Id guess that even Andy D or ASADA dont know the outcome yet but im starting to fear the worst the longer it goes on.

Heard they might take their points after once round 22 is done. So does that mean no finals, or no points next year.

If we were to lose points id imagine it would be in the AFL's best interests if it happened at the end of minor round and we were unable to participate in finals. If they told us next week that we were playing for zero points id imagine there would be a dramastic drop off in attendance to Essendon games and more than likely we wouldnt risk our better players playing for nothing and just play kids. Maybe we could send a heap over to Arizona for the next few months and get them ready for next season ;)
