I agree with panther 32 that reynella can definitely mix it up with anyone in the s. f. L ! Afc doesn't rate anyone other than happy valley and hasn't for the last couple of years! Yes valleys are the team to beat but if we all listened to afc they would award the premiership to valleys in march every year ! The fact is finals are a long way away and morphie parks showed its possible to mix it with valley's on the day. Afc you need to change your teams on your profile because even though you may have followed Brighton for a few years you are the most one eyed supporter going around! Noarlunga can also challenge this year once they get there best on the park !

It's my opinion, you can take it or leave it. Also if you read my previous posts you would see that I do rate Morphettville Park very highly this year.

I have read all your posts afc ! A stupid opinion if reynella have more scoring shots but then you say can't mix it with valley's ! My opinion is that you try to talk down any team that looks like challenging your beloved vikings ! My opinion is that you should change your profile as it should read valley and not Brighton as that is where your head and heart are both at! Vikings are favourites but the others aren't as far of as what your opinions say!!

Bad kicking is bad football as the saying goes. As you're a Crows supporter, should we award the 98 premiership to North Melbourne? My profile is my business and I have already qualified myself in that regard. You call my opinion stupid, I can live with that, as long as you accept that I find yours uninformed and personal in nature. Not sure what I've do e to offend you, but seems no one else has a problem with accepting that my opinion is just that.

Welcome SS. Afc has explained his allegiances at least twice on this thread. Where is yours? You find a lot more credibility on here if people at least know where you are coming from...

The reason why afc has had to tell everyone twice before is because other people realised he was hiding behind his bdos profile ! He got caught out so decided to tell everyone the truth ! I don't follow any team in the s. f. L but I follow all country football and believe there are a number of teams including reynella who can match it with valley's come finals ! Just like north Melbourne matched it with the crow boys in 98! Mattee g your club is one that will not be able to ! Your club has seriously gone backwards and that premiership window well and truly gone ! What is your club going to do about it obviously have had some good juniors over years but hasn't helped your seniors, maybe follow morphie parks lead and recruit !

I too would like AFC9798 to officially change his allegiance because he is clearly obsessed with Happy Valley and quite offensive to align himself to the Bombers. On some earlier comments about HV players milking frees I concur. I have seen plenty of lists in the last week about the top ranked players in getting free kicks for head high tackles and in the back e.g. Selwoods and Shuey but I swear I saw Johnno Eagleton's name bob up in one of those lists. That guy gets an armchair ride from SFL umpires who are easily sucked in by his Selwoodesque tactics.

On another subject, it was a big day for Christies on Saturday. Firstly they had their first ever win at Brighton Oval and then they took on the Shoes in a night game at Glenelg, however they may have lost that one. Would LGIL care to elaborate?

The bayleys are the best at it dth. There are a lot of small midfielders that know how to get the ball and by doing this get an extra 10 possies. It's smart footy because it works but not sure it's in the spirit of the game

Bit precious and soft if someone aligning themselves to your club offends you especially when they haven't really commuted any crime just giving their views of games. If it offends you so much skip and don't read it, otherwise it's your problem not theirs. And secondly johnny eagleton is an absolute gun and constantly runs taggers off their feet week in week out. He gets illegal attention every week so I would say the frees the umpires miss would heavily out weigh the ones he gets!!!

Have no idea what you are talking about DTH, what I did notice on Saturday however was the distinct lack of Spray Tan around the club these days, perhaps Brighton have lost their winning ingredient? Maybe it is time you updated your profile too, particularly your profile pic.

Interesting discussion after HVFC & RFC game on the weekend here boys

A couple of points - Missing from the line up for Vikings were McKenzie, Boz, Sugg, Tonkin, Hiatt Harex & Flash after the 1st quarter (who despite the flack he copped on this forum preseason has been pretty solid). Winies had Sample and Bradshaw missing and both are big impact players. Doughty nulified by Peterson Gray and Moyle will only be available sporadically for them as he is heading to Roxby.

Anyone who doesnt think Jonny Eagleton doesnt earn his free kicks take a look at the scratches on his face after the game - copped plenty of cheap shots and still had impact

And leave poor AFC alone - not his fault he has jumped ship from the sinking bombers to the mighty Vikings - clearly his kids are the best judge of where the good footy is at. :P

Nice deflection LGIL. Apparently a bouncer came into to sort things out but got floored by a stray elbow. He must have "dreaded" getting involved.

And Mister Footy, Happy Valley didn't seriously threaten from 2004 to 2011. You would now have the oldest A grade group in the SFL and I'm sure your admin is under extreme pressure to fund the "Dent Dream Team" not to mention the coaches superannuation, so enjoy your brief time in the sun. The Bombers are not sinking, we have just lost some buoyancy.

And on Eagleton and the Bayley's for that matter, if you continue to head butt or bury your head into an oncoming tackler or throw your body onto the ground then of course you are going to pick up bumps and scratches. The Selwood's hardly finish a game without their heads wrapped in tape but it doesn't mean they are the victim.

Yeh even though the elbow the umpire received was accidental I am very surprised that there was no report ! Dutie of care must be to protect the umpire! Yes dth also heard that Christies and shoes had punch up at grand! Believe shoe boys came out in top! Makes for an interesting contest in about a months time ! I believe Johnny sneezer also got reported for an incident with a goal umpire ! Not real professional I hope the black coat mafia pull him into line !

Our "old" Dent Dream Team was still able to thrash your barely bouyant lads by 140 points in a GF rematch - wheelchairs and all

Happy Valley A grade regularly promoting young kids so not sure where you are getting that from DTH - last week Evrenidas played his first game and did pretty well, Pearce has played A's all season and Sukkel, Shurgot, Ruddock, Davis. McNamara and Battifuoco have been solid - all under age of 23

Dont know how you would go telling McKenzie he is too old

Way off track with any official of Brighton getting reported. Not sure of your sources on that one. Just because certain people are seen at the SFL on a Tuesday night doesn't mean they are there to answer a charge.

Front and Centre, I like the caveat of a handful of players aged under 23. Probably proves my point. You guys are a teriffic team and in my opinion as good as or even better than the best the Emu's put on the park during the 2004 to 2009 period. That may upset some Emu people but most of them have disappeared from the forum so that statement may flush a few out.

Happy Valley are clear flag favourites again in 2013, provided player and supporter cockiness doesn't allow you to get ahead of yourselves.
