MOE
I particulularly would like to congratulate Brad, the coach of Reynella last weekend for his help, as the young umpire officiating his 2nd game did not have his mentor turn up, and we had to help him with some decisions.
Also the coach of Hackham (whose name escapes me) was outstanding in his generosity by helping my kids with little pieces of advice and tying shoelaces etc.

Never one to miss a chance at recruiting young talent the said person was Cliffo the A Grade Coach..

Im not even certain anymore if you really support South Adelaide...

Yes, well done to Peachy. His float across the front of the pack to mark the dangerous kick into attack is his trademark. The greatest player to ever pull on the no. 49 in the SFL. Does he keep playing in search of the perfect drop punt?

On another subject, it was a big day for Christies on Saturday. Firstly they had their first ever win at Brighton Oval and then they took on the Shoes in a night game at Glenelg, however they may have lost that one. Would LGIL care to elaborate?

Given the amount of offence you have have taken to what I thought was a pretty minor thing, I have now changed my allegiance to Happy Valley. There should be no more ambiguity then. This preciousness was unexpected, but if it makes you feel better, enjoy your win.

As for SS's comments, I love the deflection of I don't follow a team in the SFL, yet you are an expert on it? I think you are the one who is hiding a true allegiance under your cloke of invisibility.

It was unexpected the the spray-tanned, turtleneck wearing, latte sippers from Brighton Rd would be precious?

This says more about your judgement than any of your other statements.

I like to think the best of people and I met some great footy people at Brighton, no different than most clubs in that regard.
I'd rather be naive than a pessimist.

I'm confused by this as I think MV seem to be a lot better this year and heading in the right direction under Coleman with some good young talent coming through. Is it politically motiivated or results motivated or simply whispers that occur at teams that are not used to being anywhere other than the top?

What are the morals of a certain club who rightfully refused a clearance siting outstanding monies owed. Said club receives $250 for outstanding fees from club player wants to transfer too. Said club then claims player is contracted and refuses clearance, however does not hand back $250... Now say they will clear player when another $600 is paid as they have now worked out the player owes this.

How many bites at the cherry can you have. Although the SFL & CFB in all their strength say the contract is binding, they may well be wrong at contract law and before a court. Said club has made a contract to clear player with other club on receipt of $200 this then takes precedence over the players alleged signed contract.

Question is it theft to take the $200 on pretext of clearing player and not returning it?? One would suggest yes.

Maybe the MOB will be able to raise the money that may be required to defend the case if bought before a court

Knocking of the Roos on their home deck by 5 goals without Bradshaw, Semple and ruckman Ciampa!

I think the first ten years went to the Roos. The next ten went to the Flies. Red and yellow versus black and white. In the last three to four years, only the bookies wins. Is this the makings of a great rivalry? Or will one side fade to the back of the pack?
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.
