Do you expect consequences or just sa footy rants?
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Absolutely, from what i watched (left before the end of the game) it was a very physical contest, Smithfield were out to make their presence felt. They hit hard and tackled with great ferocity. They were definately pumped for the game and had some big lads complimented by some quick silky running players.

The first half was scrappy before Flinders Uni firmly put down the foot down. The last quarter delivered a few unfortunate events culminating in the Broadview Coach being yellow carded.

Overall, I think both sides are capable or playing superior football in the second half of the season.

Speaking to the lads, it is anywhere between 10 and 30 years since three FUFC sides won on a single saturday. Huge pats on the backs to the people involved, particularly after the last few years.

Well done to all players at the crabs. A great result for their footy club.

How did the broadview coach get yellow carded? Or is he a playing coach?

Either way not a good example or role model for a footy club

I'd like to know what happened without anyone being implicated.

i saw parts of the C grade game yesterday CLGFC V FUFC..always good to see a club improve itself and hats off to the crabs on 3/3 yesterday..but..where the hell is the scoreboard? isnt that a basic requirement at a football game? or was i blind and couldnt see it?

what is the history of a "V" being on the jumper? serious question..curious on both points..

First game this year owls did not lose any one to injury full bench at end of the game.

Why don't Angle Vale wear white shorts for away games?

The uni in their wisdom removed it during the week. Getting ready for the uni games so there is a fair bit of work going on. Looks like we'll be getting a flash new one (there's a power cable there for some reason) but knowing how quickly things happen down here it could be months before it goes in.

No idea about the V. I've been there 5 years, never bothered to ask.

Whilst I respect the direction and tone of what you are both saying, I have always found this to be a strange direction to take.

Saying "police are involved" or "its a legal matter" doesn't really justify the decision to censor any and all discussion. Heck, more serious legal and police matters get discussed online all the time via various mechanisms. sa footy is providing an avenue and medium for social interaction, the content of the interaction isn't in any way your responsibility, as per the fine print.

I don't really understand what you are so worried about...?

because we've found that the chinese whispers that's written on here as been taken down as fact before tribunals before and you'll find this is also a common practice on sites like Adelaide Now.

SAFooty don't particularly want to be forced to hand over email and IP address of those that want to put their 2c worth in because they feel it's their god given right to do so.
