so the umpire tells us they can come back on after 10 minutes, do we just say, sorry mate we'll keep him of for the rest of the game???? You would have done the same. We didn't break any rules. The big picture here is that we had 17 for 20 minutes during the game, you should have capitalised. This was the first half. By the way the free kick count at half time was 23 to 10 in your favour at half time. So you had plenty of opportunity's...

I thought the big guy with the long sleeve played well for you guys yesterday.

The really charming part of the day was the sw woman spitting at gg players as they were going on and off the field right near the interchange gate. Crazy stuff

We probably didnt take our chances again to win mate as the score line says... Im not having a go at you blokes in any way! We would have done the same, i was just asking what a red card actually means these days because i thought u were gone for the day...
Is that a piss take of the fella in the long sleeves? Starting to get into motion now after a broken ankle, your midfield especially dunkley were good yesterday

Don't forget the pleasant females sitting on the far side of he ground who did nothing but abuse our player who had gone down with a serious knee injury and was waiting for a stretcher. Can't repeat what was said on here. Even as the stretcher went past they didn't let up. Pretty foul.

2 for sw.
The headbutt was unprovoked and disgusting.
The strike was pretty soft but was there. Snapped after the close tag got too much

If you look back 1 or 2 pages I explained the directive for umpires on red cards.

But it is only a directive, not a fixed rule.

Pooraka vs Salisbury West is shaping up as massive game this weekend.

All negativity of the red cards aside, SW were excellent against us Saturday.

Hope Valley would be licking their lips as well. Two key outs for us this week. One big in though

They would no one big enough to go with him. If they sacrifice their ruckman to go with him, Peterson becomes more dominant in the ruck than he already is. If our mids are on and delivery is good he would kick a bag.....
However they are a brilliants spread and switch side. They set up well. Use the short option before sling shotting to the fat side. Running off of Shane could hurt us.

I respect their football ability too much to make a prediction on us beating them again. SW are the real deal.

Gotta try and isolate Copley as a key forward. I think they will struggle to stop his size. SW run is very very good. Need to be accountable both ways to beat them. Man up quickly. Dont zone or they will cut you up. Force a contested ball and back your mids inside to clear and rebound. Don't give them the short option. Allows them to set up their switch.

Koler is the go to nearly every time they go forward. They play two other guys high (16, and 23). Both are neither true CHF forward size but one will lead up and one will float in behind Koler's hole. I didn't see either of them of brilliant one on one body threats but they were standing quality defenders IMO.

He may be out for striking but you need to hard tag Wellington. Good overhead and good goal kicking wing-man. Best player for them IMO. They play through him a fair bit. When he gets tired he will opt to hang forward of the play and be dangerous on half forward. If he does that, punish him by playing through his opposing number. Force him to work back and keep him out of goal scoring areas. We had to two guys try before we finally cut him out. Once we got the match up right, the close checking got to him, the red card followed. Who ever plays on him must fly with him, or he will take to many grabs. He goes left foot every time and will keep selling candy until he gets onto it.

Tip: SW in a close one

Yeah. Our big guys were influential
Gotta put the emphasis into slowing them down though. They seemed to panic a bit if forced to play one on one footy.
