Well arsenal need a good keeper, he could play champions league, and be fine should we qualify for the world cup....oh and he is better than any current arsenal keeper, they could get 2-3 years out of him.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

Yeah im slightly disappointed but apparently we are in the market for a few good strikers.

The Chelsea bloke who was on loan at WBA Lukaku is apparently a done deal on loan to the Hammers and we are still deciding whether to buy Carroll or not.

From what i understand Cole will now be about 3-4 striker in line yet had one of our biggest wages so i think they are freeing up some room.

I regard cole as a decent player, but a lot in the arsenal ranks don't and believe he is not good enough for us because he is not good enough for the hammers. I hope we pick him up!. I said it about arteta, he was good for us and I was shot down by a lot of supporters ......so hopefully I am correct about him

Arteta was a quality player at Everyone though before he came to you .. Understand the point you're trying to make but there's no comparison between him and Cole.

I'm not surprised the Hammers are looking to replace him, he's average at best IMHO

Andre Schurrle, Bayer Leverkusen to Chavski £20m
Fair ammount to spend on a player who will be not much more than a bit part player. I struggle to see him getting much first team action

Andy Carroll has transferred to West Ham for £15m.
Cost Liverpool £35m so made a big loss on that transfer.
Carroll has signed a 6 year deal deal with an option for another 2 and becomes West Ham's most expensive player ever

Wonder if he has put a clause in there in case of relegation.
6 years is a long time and id fancy West Ham will have a couple of relegation battles

There is rumours that Arsenal made a late bid for him.
Carroll has told reporters his best chance of going to the WC is for him to play more game time and Arsenal couldnt guarantee him that
