seriously this game should of been on tv. why would you put south vs eagles on over a magpies norwood match.

We didn't get an official figure from the SANFL officials, but said on air with RPH that it looked to be about the 4,000 mark.

The ABC want to ensure that all clubs get at least one or two home games broadcast. Yes, the Norwood v Port game would have been better to broadcast, even disregarding the thrilling finish, but that's just the way it is...

At least by it not being on TV it would have maximised the attendance which is more important

ANOTHER 9 goal score by Norwood, that's 4 from the past 7 matches. Plus other totals of 10, 11 & 15.

Is this true?

Absolute rubbish if it is.

Doesn't bother me but those members who regularly attend deserve a lot lot more!

Great win by Port.

Sound like there will be Port Norwood clashes for many years to come too.

Considering Port have defeated North and Norwood in recent weeks plus gave West a scare too, interested to see how they play over the next month or so. Could really set up their season and influence the finals.

Could definately do some damage. Not sure if they can make finals though, its either them or Centrals for 5th.

I was not at the game today, but lots of Norwood fans I have spoken too since say this is correct.

Congratulations to the Maggies, well deserved win.

I am also gutted that the NFC appeared not to respect the old enemy, nor respect the possibility that this was the last time these two sides play in the SANFL league, history may live for us to regret this dismal performance.Cheers,

Work kept me away from the game again but from all reports Port wanted it more and deserved to win. From a Norwood point of view for over 100 years that is TOTALLY unacceptable when playing Port Adelaide and I have never in my life seen it. Glad I missed the game then.

Maybe Kenny IS a good coach.
Maybe the 5 is NOT set.
Maybe Norwood need a bit of a selection shake up.
