I tried the Mountain Goat Pale Ale and thought it was very good but it's not cheap though - around the same price as a carton of Cooper's Vintage.

Just had a couple of bottles of Radegast, a mate brought back from the czech Republic. Not too bad, even if it is only 4%. Good clean taste

mmmmmm, think i'll ave another :D

Whats the thoughts about the new VB Midstrength?
First opinion was that it is much easier to drink that the regular crap in the green can. I think though that this has a lot to do with the lack of taste and that it was 37 degrees when I was drinking it and anything that was cold and wet would have done the trick.
Tried it again Sat night while watching the football, same problem - still looking for some taste..

at a mates weeding out in the barossa we found a pub between the ceremoney and the reception and they had james squire amber and golden ales on tap there and i havent looked back :D :D awesome stuff from the beer god CHUCK HAHN !!

Asahi Dry brewed and Kirin are not bad, and Suntory "Scotch" is not bad for the money.

sensational choice the James Squire range
especially the Golden Ale and even better if you can find it on tap

Im up at Port Hughes this weekend and ventured out to the Cornish Festival on the Moonta Oval today...grabbed a six pack of the specially brewed "Swanky"...not bad at all....simple but nice...like me..

I brew my own plus buy beer also.
My top five beers except my own brews are
1.Coopers Extra Strong Ale I look forward to buying one carton a year then drinking it from my wedding ann. to my birthday. which if from the 11th to the 26th of a month.
2. Pale Ale dunno why i love drinking the stuff.
3. Mild Ale is nice hard to get in Viccy though.
4. Kilkenny Lager i enjoy this beer with a steak dinner nice and goes down easier than guiness.
5. Coopers Light I used to drink it alot in Adelaide still to me one of the best light beers around.
Beers I will not drink unless free and no Pale Ale around
Carlton Draught, VB, any Southwark and West End product, Carlton Cold, XXXX it is cane toad's piss in a bottle or can.
