What are people's thoughts on how the games will pan out this weekend?

Qualifying Final
A Grade
Rosewater Vs Westminster OS
B Grade
Lockleys Vs Mitchell Park

Elimination Final
A Grade
Lockleys Vs Blackfriers OS
B Grade
Westminster OS Vs Rosewater

Any upsets in the wind?

To be honest CC17, I think all 4 games are fairly even given the form of the sides and the results through the year.. The biggest upset would be if Lockleys lost the B grade, the other 3 games I think are very even games and a result either way wouldnt be a big shock..

elimination will be very close but a bit of wet and the home ground should get LFC through..stopping the hillman brothers, bortolotti and brincat the key..if BOSFC forwards can get on top then they can win it..need to hold flanagan and kennedy..

WOSFC at full strength in the qualifying final..a huge win last week and peaking at the right time..they will be mindful of frank, jacobsen and horsell..RFC have to respond now and on their home ground need to play at their best to win you would think..curbing easton, newman and pearce vital..

good luck to all the teams..lets hope the weather clears up..

I've heard this Kennedy name in my travels this year, but, he hasn't suited up against us in the previous 2 encounters so we'll need to be watching what he does and how he moves early.

Agree on the weather Zed, brings back haunting memories of playing them at BOS in the EF last year in very similar conditions, so do hope it clears up.

Good luck to all getting out for a run tomorrow.

My picks - in the 1's - Dragons and BOS and in the 2's - Lockleys and Westminster

Nice work Zed, you have made your own luck by working hard at the little things .

Just keep a lid on it, simmer nicely and then it will be ready to bring to the boil. 8)

From 15 and 0 to 4 major losses in a row. Out in straight sets if they can't find the formula quickly. :o

Heard that half the problem at Rosewater is Horsells arrogance and inability to make changes when needed. Things have either turned horribly sour or is it that other clubs have not only worked them out, but have now matched their ability?

I've had a few disagreements with horse this year but he has done everything he can this year his not arrogant at all and everything his done has been about RFC not himself. It's the players that need to look at themselves now and stand up. The work rate of rosewater the last month has been atrocious. No more chances now for them now, time for the players to step up and show there character if they don't next week it proves we're a bunch of front runners.

By the sounds of it i think every player needs to have a long hard look at themselves in the mirror at Rosewater & be honest with each other.
What are they doing differently now compared to when they were winning weeks on end?
Some soul searching is desperately needed & players need to respond positively & be told some home truths.
Sometimes the truth can hurt but you'd rather hear the truth than being told lies.
Any man can make mistakes, but he is not a failure until he starts blaming others for his failures.
Giving & taking the truth and honesty is the first step & that commitment they made to each other from round.1 needs to be re-addressed as they have obviously forgotten the meaning of the word TEAM.

Thats fair NM.. On the money with most points there. Will be a good test of character to see if we can respond to a disappointing month of footy..
