Being reported that Suarez will sign a new contract with Liverpool (no doubt to include a buy-out clause that doesn't exist in his current contract), so we'll probably get another year out of him.

You would hope the club isn't that stupid after he's unsuccessfully shown his hand .. It should still include a minimum Transfer Fee requirement.

Man Utd submitted a 28M joint bid for Fellaini and Baines before our game at Norwich. Bid was rejected and stated as insulting breaking it down to 16M for Fellaini (who cost Everton 17.5M all up) and Baines at 12M. Moyes still a tight arse with his money even though he basically has a never ending amount (compared to Everton anyway).

If Fellaini goes James McCarthy from Wigan is the supposive replacement and we have enquired about getting Gareth Barry on loan from City..
2020 AFL Premiers: Richmond 12.9.81 def Geelong 7.8.50
2019 AFL Premiers: Richmond 17.12.114 def Greater Western Sydney 3.7.25
2017 AFL Premiers: Adelaide 8.12.60 def by Richmond 16.12.108
2012 D5 Premiers: Brahma Lodge 24.15.159 def Hope Valley 7.13.55

Glad you said No
Not keen on either TBH
Baines has more potential but I dont think he is as good as what the English media pump him up as

Once UTD decide they want someone it usually happens Jim. Think you'll find both will be with UTD before the window closes. Toffees just holding out for a bigger fee.

Gareth Bale to Madrid for £86m

Id expect Rooney to be gone by the end of the week.
Still has over 2 years left on his contract but was revealed today that through a loophole in all contracts he is able to buy out his own contract which he could do for around £12m, he then becomes a free agent and would recoup the money by demanding a decent sign on fee from any club interested.
I reckon we take the £40m off the Chavs and move on

Let him score the winner against the Chav **** and then he can go provided we get someone like Mata in return.

Ain't going to happen. Chelsea have withdrawn their offer and gone and bought someone else last night.

United in danger of being stuck with a player who is costing £300k a week and doesn't want to be there. Moyes can't stand him and no doubt the feeling is mutual so he will have to try and either get on with him or keep him as far away from the 1st team squad as possible.

Personally I don't think he is worth £40m on top of his salary demands and that is going to put most European clubs off. A possible season long loan might be the only solution with UTD still contributing a % of his salary as they seem very reluctant to let him go to any EPL side.

If he is going to leave for £12m we are better off selling him for £20m and send him to Turkey or the middle east ;)

United trying to hijack Bale's move to Madrid.
Spurs have revealed no deal with Madrid has been reached and 2 other clubs have made late bids.
United is believed to have offered £60m plus Rooney.
We do have a history of pinching Spurs players but cant see them willing to allow Bale to go to a rival EPL side

Looks like Rooney is now staying and going to fight for his spot.
Has decided not to put in a transfer request and wants to stay on.
