Like the league, a real tough but not pretty game.
Thought on occasions Bays looked a little more quicker and dangerous.
Liked the games of Jackson Press and Justin Smart , a couple of players surprised me a bit.
Thought Eleni Glouftsis had the better feel for the game of the three umpires.

I feel a bit for Pat Sinor who has played reserves the last couple seasons for Eagles but missed out on the premiership having done his knee a few weeks ago; would have been great for him to have played in it with his brother Joey and best mate T Lane.
How did Walsh go for the Bays?

One of his better games for Glenelg. Named 4th in the best players and 18 possessions and 10 marks were club highs for him.

We will not compromise the SANFL competition (with AFL reserves teams)."

So the Bays lose the last GF they are involved in at Football Park. Whodathunkit?
If you want to go quickly, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.

I agree, i was sure it was the fuzzy heads first game - too many panic decisions, both ways, mostly Eagles way though.
