Eags, I think that you will find the date was set/changed by the Hendo Shield committee..

We have our backwards draw the night before with the Toddy boys, could be some very hungover cricketers on Sunday. Might have to tell Reidy I will be sick and unavailable or just not roll up and ring him at 6pm that night like Rhino did last game..

There were a few potential Tips today but as it is we have just one Each Way Bet.

In race 7 at Townsville at 5.15pm, Crafty's Brother looks ready to step up in distance now. The manner of his win last time out suggests he can improve again and with Crossland on board that only improves his chances. He has a good draw, has been running decent times and you can forget his 6th place on the Jan 19th when he got into trouble after the start. Infact he finished well that day and even that was a good performance. Dancing Night is the danger.

Didn't we get an invite to the backwards draw this year? Hardly surprising considering last year we only had half the amount of tickets and still couldn't sell them all. On going problem for our club unfortunately, a lot of blokes committment to the club ends at 6.00pm Saturday.....

Yes bystander the assoc vision is a rollout plastic pitch. Similar to Mallee Park, I am not sute it will be popular! Not! Your members, what all of them, does that inbvolve one phone call to Strudy!!
3am on a Sunday morning would be a good time for the Hendo Shield finals, Rhino would be fired up anyway!!!
